Champion for Montana’s Future
I am a 4th generation Montanan, mother, and engineer. I want to use my experience in IT leadership and business to solve tough problems for Great Falls, Cascade County, and Montana.
I grew up in Great Falls District 10 playing kickball at Whittier school, working my first job at the Ice Cream Factory on Central, and running cross country for Great Falls High. I earned my degree in Computer Science Engineering from Montana State University.
My MSU degree set me up to build a great career in technology and business. I went from software engineer to Vice President at American Express, managing global teams and multi-million-dollar budgets. I earned my MBA while working full-time and eventually became the CIO of a med-tech startup. My husband Lou, and I raised our daughter Tesla, and like so many of us, we struggled to figure out how to balance career, family, and community. Through it all, I learned what authentic leadership looks like: solving tough problems with limited budgets and tight timelines, bringing people together, and delivering results.
In the fall of 2022, I realized my Montana dream of returning to Montana with my family. I live in Great Falls and run a small business out of my home. Giving me the flexibility to work hard for you as your Senator.
I’ve spent my whole career solving tough problems with limited resources. I’m ready to put those skills to work for you. I am your representative, and I am here to represent you, Great Falls, and Montana — to create opportunity right here in Great Falls, keep Montana affordable, and protect our beautiful public lands and lifestyle we love.
My Journey
From Startup to Senate
As the CIO of a med tech startup, she learned the mechanics of what creates a profitable high tech business, how to attract capital, and to support local entrepreneurship to create opportunities for economic growth. Today, as a candidate for the Senate, she combines her extensive technical experience and proactive approach, advocating for innovative policies that support the growth of Montana-made businesses and smart economic development. Because business made in Montana stay in Montana.

I want to expand our public resources through economic growth, fight for affordable healthcare, utilities, demand transparency and fairness in taxes, ensuring the Montana Dream of affordable living is a reality.
Safeguarding Our Public Lands
Safeguard our public lands and responsibly manage their treasures. The Big Sky and Big Fork billionaire class wants Montana as their playground. Protecting our public resources and lands is not a luxury; it is an investment in what attracts people to move here, work here, and build businesses here. It provides for our future by funding essential services, such as our public education. I will safeguard our access to public lands, our right to clean water and a healthy environment, and manage the usage of our treasures wisely to preserve the Montana dream of a rich quality of life through our public lands
